Our youngest daughter has safely moved out of state.
Our son and his family have purchased their own home and are settling in nicely.
Our home is patched, painted, scrubbed, uncluttered, staged and on the market.
Damn we are tired!
So far no bites on the house.
So far no definitive choice to purchase in Ukiah.
Have I mentioned that we are tired?
Are we there yet????

You might be, and not know it. Ask again in a month and see...
Maybe you need to add some clutter back in while you ponder this existential dilemma. But: it does sound like significant progress has been made. Keep going! You'll get there! Wherever "there" is!
